From Idea to Project
Our engineering and design team works in close collaboration with clients and OEMs to define effective solutions right from the early stages.
Through 3D prototyping, we quickly create initial versions of the product, which are then tested, refined, and optimized until a design is approved and ready for industrialization.

The path to a finished plastic component follows a structured process that includes:

Creation of multiple prototype versions, including rapid prototyping tools
Extensive testing on vehicles and resistance checks under real conditions

Mild Hybrid Battery Box – From Concept to Launch
A clear example of our approach is the Battery Box project for the FIAT Panda Mild Hybrid.
The goal was to replace a traditional metal version with an innovative polymer solution, reducing production costs and optimizing assembly processes, while maintaining the same performance as the original product.
Project Highlights:
Kick-off in 2022 in collaboration with STELLANTIS
Development of multiple prototypes with full functional testing on vehicles
Two years of refinement in close partnership with the client’s engineering team
Official series production launch: October 2025
